One of the most important things to think about when you are planning your new kitchen is storage. Where will I put my cups, pots and pans and glasses? This can get over-looked, which would prove to be a disaster. A lot of kitchens these days are more than just cooking the evening meal they are a place to socialise with friends and family.
You may have had a garage conversion and extended your kitchen and now your new kitchen has a complete new meaning. It's now a family area where the children play games and watch TV.
